B2B Approval Process

At Trunature USA, we welcome wholesale and business-to-business (B2B) partners who share our vision of quality and trust.
To maintain transparency and protect our brand identity, every new B2B partner must complete our official approval process before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

Our B2B program is open to:

  • Authorized retailers and distributors

  • Amazon or Walmart sellers

  • Health stores and online resellers

  • Businesses holding a valid LLC or company registration

Anyone meeting these requirements can apply for B2B authorization.

2. Step 1 — Application Submission

Begin your application by filling out the official Wholesale Form on our website:

Please include accurate contact details and your intended selling platform.

3. Step 2 — Document Requirements

Attach the following business documents with your application:

  1. LLC registration certificate (proof of business)

  2. EIN number (or federal tax ID)

  3. Resale certificate (for tax exemption)
    These documents are required to verify business legitimacy and comply with U.S. wholesale law.

4. Step 3 — Verification

Once your documents are received, our team will verify:

  • Business registration validity

  • Marketplace or sales platform eligibility

  • Compliance with Trunature’s MAP and product policies

The verification process usually takes 1–2 business days.

5. Step 4 — Approval & Documentation

After successful verification, you will receive:

  • B2B approval confirmation email

  • Paid invoice template for your first order

  • Letter of Authorization (LOA)

  • Brand Registry support documents (accepted by Amazon)

This documentation allows you to sell Trunature products confidently on approved marketplaces.

6. Step 5 — Placing Your First Order

Once approved:

  1. Confirm your first order meeting the $4,600 MOQ requirement.

  2. Complete payment via Wise as per our Payment Policy.

  3. After confirmation, our warehouse begins processing your shipment.

7. Step 6 — Ongoing Partnership

Approved partners gain access to:

  • Priority restock and product updates

  • Free FBA labeling and support

  • Dedicated account manager via email support

We value long-term relationships with our resellers and distributors.
