Payment Method

At Trunature USA, we value secure, fast, and transparent transactions.
To maintain trust and consistency across all wholesale partners, we currently process payments only through Wise (TransferWise).
This ensures international accessibility, low transfer fees, and real-time verification.

1. Accepted Payment Option

We accept payments exclusively through Wise Bank Transfer or Wise Payment Link.
Other methods like ACH, wire transfers, PayPal, or checks are not accepted at this time.

2. Payment Process — Step by Step

  1. Once your wholesale order and documents are approved, we’ll send you a paid invoice.

  2. The invoice includes a secure Wise payment link or Wise bank details.

  3. You must complete the transfer in USD (U.S. Dollars) within the due date mentioned on the invoice.

  4. After payment, send a confirmation email with transaction ID or screenshot to:

  5. Our finance team will verify your payment within 24 hours and confirm your order for processing.

3. Payment Confirmation

As soon as payment is received and verified, your order status changes to “Confirmed” and warehouse processing begins.
You will then receive an email with your estimated shipping date and tracking details once shipped.

4. Important Notes

  • Please ensure the full invoice amount is transferred — Wise may charge a small transaction fee which must be covered by the sender.

  • Orders are not processed until full payment is confirmed.

  • Partial payments are not accepted for wholesale orders.

  • Payment should always come from the same business or LLC name that was approved for wholesale.

5. Refund Handling

If a refund or return is issued, it will be processed through the same Wise account used for payment.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Payment Security

Wise is a trusted global payment system that uses secure encryption and compliance with U.S. financial standards.
Your banking details are never shared or stored by Trunature — every transaction is protected end-to-end.
